Introductory Session (15-30 minutes): This online session provides an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of what Sisu Life Design can offer you | No Charge

First Counselling Session (90 minutes): Conducted over Zoom, this session includes discussing our agreements, identifying your goals, and determining how we can work together to ensure a positive outcome. The remaining time will focus on topics you feel comfortable addressing |$160

Ongoing Sessions (50-60 minutes): These flexible sessions are designed to minimise disruption to your daily routine as much as possible. We have availability Mon-Friday, both in and out of business hours. We also have some availability on Saturdays | $123 for Standard Zoom Session
